Here at Manitou Manor, our mission is to provide and promote safe and sanitary dwelling accommodations available to persons with low incomes.
Rental amounts are based on your income. Rental amounts can be either 30% of your monthly income or the flat rent fee.
Rent includes water, sewer, heat, and trash service.
Pets-allowed, Max weight is 25lbs. One time pet deposit $200. Dogs must be 25lbs or less when full grown.
Manitou Manor is 100% smoke free.
Directly on bus route. Bus stop is steps away from the front door.
